AI Partner

The engineering partner behind your advisory or service business.

Consultancies, agencies, and advisory firms recommend what AI should do for their clients. We are the engineering team that builds and delivers it, under your brand, co-branded, or disclosed. Your call, set per engagement.

Why a build partner

The production work behind your recommendations.

Clients increasingly ask their trusted firms for AI, and most AI initiatives stall between the pilot and production. The scarce capability is not the recommendation. It is the engineering that makes it run.

Magnitudeminds is a founder-run AI engineering studio. We work behind consultancies, agencies, and advisory firms as their delivery team, so your recommendations become deployed systems without you hiring an AI engineering bench.

Engineering you can rely on

We build, evaluate, and deploy AI systems, and take stalled pilots to production. The client relationship and account ownership stay with you.

Working alongside your team

The client sees one team and one firm. We can work under your brand, co-branded, or disclosed. Your call, set per engagement.

Phased engagements

From a short discovery sprint to a fixed-scope build to an ongoing team. Each step is scoped and priced on its own.

A clear commercial basis

You can resell our work at your own margin, or refer it for a fee. Contracts, IP, and confidentiality terms are agreed up front.

Operating model

How responsibilities are divided.

You stay with the client and the strategy. We handle the engineering. The boundary is set explicitly so neither side is unsure who decides what.

Run together
  • Scope feasibility
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Change control
  • Client communication, at your discretion

Roles and decision rights are agreed in a short kickoff. You are accountable for the outcome, we for delivery.

A status update every two weeks, on a fixed cadence, with a working demonstration.

One named delivery lead is your point of contact.

Brand visibility

Under your brand, co-branded, or disclosed.

There is no single way we appear to your client. How visible we are is your decision, set per engagement, and it can differ from one engagement to the next.

Default

Under your brand

We deliver as an extension of your team. The client sees one firm and one delivery surface, yours.

On request

Co-branded

Both names are visible. Useful when the client values knowing a named engineering specialist is on the build.

Your choice

Disclosed

The client knows us by name and still contracts through you. Used only when you choose to introduce us.

We do not contact or market to your client without your written agreement, during the engagement or after it.

Engagement options

Four ways to engage.

Each engagement is scoped and priced separately, and confirmed after a scoping call. The discovery sprint is free for partner firms.

Fixed scope

Discovery Sprint

Free for partners
2 weeks

A strategy translated into a buildable, fixed-priced specification.

  • Architecture and scope
  • Requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Data readiness review
Fixed scope

Proof of Concept

Scoped per engagement
3 to 6 weeks

A single use case, working, in front of real users.

  • One end-to-end use case
  • Evaluated against real data
  • A demonstration for the client
  • A basis for the production decision
Fixed scope

Fixed-Scope Build

Fixed price after discovery
6 to 14 weeks

A production-ready first release the client can run in production.

  • Production build and deployment
  • Evaluation and observability
  • 60 to 90 day support window
  • IP assigned on delivery
Monthly

Ongoing Team

On request
Month to month

A continuing build team alongside the client.

  • Dedicated senior engineers
  • Technical lead included
  • Scale up or down on 30 days notice
  • Regular delivery reporting

Commercial models

Two ways the partnership is priced.

You choose per engagement, depending on whether you want to carry the delivery or hand it over. Either is straightforward to document.

Resell at your margin

You hold the contract with the client and resell our work at a markup you set. We invoice you; you invoice the client.

  • You can present a single blended fee to the client.
  • The margin is yours and is not disclosed to the client.
  • Ongoing maintenance can be carried the same way.

Refer for a fee

For engagements you would rather not carry, you can introduce us to the client and take a referral fee on the work that follows.

  • A fixed percentage, agreed in advance.
  • Paid on signed revenue, tracked transparently.
  • No delivery responsibility on your side.

Contracts and safeguards

The contractual framework.

These are standard terms for a build partnership. We list them here so the basis of the relationship is clear from the start.

MSA and per-engagement SOW

A master agreement signed once, with each project scoped as a separate statement of work.

Non-circumvention and non-solicitation

We agree not to approach your client directly or solicit your team, for an agreed period.

Back-to-back terms

Where you hold the client contract, our terms mirror it so warranties and SLAs align.

IP assignment

Client-specific deliverables are assigned to you, or to the client per your contract. Our reusable tooling is carved out and licensed.

Confidentiality and data handling

Mutual NDA, individually signed engineer NDAs, least-privilege access, and defined data handling.

Warranty and support

A warranty on accepted deliverables and a support arrangement after the build is handed over.

Common questions

Questions partner firms usually ask.

Will you approach our client directly?

No. We engage only through you. Any AI consultancy we provide runs inside your engagement, and a signed non-circumvention clause names your client.

Who owns the code?

You do, or your client per your contract. Client-specific deliverables are assigned through to you on delivery. Our reusable tooling is carved out and licensed.

Who scopes the work from a strategy document?

We do, in the discovery sprint, alongside your team and with brand visibility set per engagement. It produces the technical scope and a fixed build estimate.

Will our client know an outside firm is involved?

Only if you choose to disclose it. Brand visibility is set per engagement: under your brand, co-branded, or disclosed.

How quickly can you start?

A discovery sprint can usually begin within one to two weeks of the agreements being signed.

What if we only need part of a team?

You can engage a single engineer or a small team on a monthly basis, scaling up or down on 30 days notice.

What happens if delivery slips?

Payment is milestone-based, scope changes are handled as written change orders, and there is a defined exit on capped terms.

How is pricing presented to our client?

However you choose. Many firms present a single blended fee. We support that and do not contact the client about pricing.

Start a partnership

A partnership worth considering.

Many firms design AI strategies and trainings, then look for a reliable partner to build what they recommend. Your advisory work becomes deployed AI systems for your clients, and you gain a steady engineering team behind every engagement.

How a first engagement begins
  • Intro callWeek 0

A 30-minute call to see whether an engagement is a fit.

  • AgreementsWeek 1

MSA and NDA signed. The discovery sprint is scoped as the first statement of work.

  • Discovery sprintWeeks 2 to 3

The strategy becomes a buildable specification and a fixed build estimate.

  • BuildFrom week 4

If the client approves, the build begins under the brand visibility you chose.
