No-Code/Low-Code AI Specialist

Build AI chatbots and assistants using Flowise, LangFlow, and similar visual LLM builders.

Create AI agents using LangSmith Agent Builder and other no-code agent platforms.

Configure prompt templates, conversation flows, and tool integrations for AI agents.

Connect AI agents to knowledge bases, documents, and APIs for retrieval-augmented responses.

Test and optimize AI agent performance, accuracy, and response quality.

Design and implement automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Zapier.

Build data pipelines that connect multiple systems (CRMs, databases, APIs, spreadsheets).

Create scheduled automations for recurring business processes.

Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for production workflows.

Optimize workflow performance and reduce execution costs.

Connect AI capabilities to business tools (Slack, Teams, email, CRMs, databases).

Configure webhooks, API integrations, and data transformations between systems.

Build notification and alerting systems for business processes.

Create self-service automation templates for internal teams.

Document integrations and create user guides for non-technical stakeholders.

Stay current with new no-code/low-code platforms and AI agent builders.

Collaborate with developers to extend automations with custom code when needed.

Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into automation solutions.

Train team members on using and maintaining automation workflows.

0-2 years of experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms.

Hands-on experience with at least one of: n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow tools.

Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic) and their APIs.

Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data structures.

Strong logical thinking and ability to design efficient automation flows.

Excellent attention to detail for building reliable automations.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) for collaboration with developers.

Genuine enthusiasm for automation and making systems work together.

Creative problem-solver who finds elegant solutions using available tools.

Patient and methodical approach to debugging and troubleshooting workflows.

Good communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

Self-motivated learner who explores new platforms and features independently.

Experience with Flowise, LangFlow, or other visual LLM workflow builders.

Familiarity with LangSmith Agent Builder or similar AI agent platforms.

Experience with Airtable, Notion, or database integrations.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries and transformations.

Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior.

Experience with Slack/Teams bot development.

Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript/Python) for custom nodes is a plus.

Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.
