As our founding SDR you own top of funnel. You work targeted lists of thousands of SMBs across English-speaking markets, run email-first outbound sequences, qualify replies, and book demos onto the GTM Lead's calendar. Your number is simple and public: qualified demos per week. Everything you learn feeds straight back into the playbook and the ad copy.
This is a remote contractor engagement with Magnitudeminds, Inc. You can be based anywhere with strong US business-hours overlap. We use our own AI agents for research, list-building and drafting, so you spend your hours on judgment and conversations, not copy-paste.
Outbound pipeline
Run email-first outbound sequences against our ICP (SMBs, 8-30 FTE, $1M-$10M revenue).
Personalize at the segment level using our trigger library: the failed first hire, the $3-5k monthly VA invoice, the month-end crunch.
Qualify inbound replies from paid campaigns and route them fast.
Book and confirm qualified demos; own show-up rates, not just bookings.
Signal and playbook
Log every objection, trigger and win reason in the CRM with discipline.
Report weekly on sequence performance and what to kill or double.
Turn what converts into repeatable templates the next SDR can inherit.
Tooling and leverage
Operate Apollo, HubSpot and Bitscale as your daily instruments.
Use our internal AI agents, and our own products, for research and drafting.
Maintain list hygiene and deliverability: warm domains, verified contacts, honest volumes.
Must have
1-3 years in outbound sales development for a B2B SaaS or technology product.
A track record measured in booked, qualified meetings, and the numbers to show it.
Native-level written English; your emails read like a sharp colleague, not a template.
Reliable overlap with US business hours; based anywhere, engaged as a remote contractor.
How you work
Volume with judgment: you hit activity numbers without burning the list.
Disciplined CRM hygiene; if it is not logged, it did not happen.
Familiarity with AI and AI agents: you use them daily and can explain what an AI agent does in plain words.
