Use Firedesk every day, build real use cases inside it, and turn them into the content that shows operations-heavy teams what an AI workforce can do.
Magnitudeminds, Inc. builds agentic B2B SaaS products for small and mid-sized businesses. Firedesk is the first: an AI workforce that helps operations-heavy teams scale results without scaling payroll. The best content about a product like that does not come from a brief. It comes from someone who actually runs the product, finds its limits, and can show what it does in plain words.
As Product Content Creator you get a full Firedesk workspace and use it like an operator. You build real use cases, support inboxes, order flows, back-office routines, then turn each working one into content: short screen-recorded demos, tutorials, walkthroughs, carousels and posts, shipped on a steady monthly cadence, LinkedIn and Instagram first.
It is a multi-functional seat: part creator, part product marketer, part first user. Friction you hit becomes tickets, workflows that work become templates, and what resonates shapes how we tell the product's story. This is a part-time remote contractor engagement with Magnitudeminds, Inc., working directly with the founder and the product team.
Use the product
Run Firedesk hands-on every week: set up agents, build real support and operations workflows, and push them until you find what works.
Develop a growing library of documented use cases: the setup, the workflow, the outcome.
Keep a demo workspace that always has something worth showing.
Make the content
Turn every working use case into content: short demo videos, tutorials, carousels and posts.
Own a steady monthly cadence of short-form video and written pieces, LinkedIn and Instagram first.
Keep it honest: one feature or workflow per piece, shot cleanly, explained in plain words.
Close the loop
Feed everything back to the product team: friction, feature gaps and use-case ideas, written up so they can act on them.
Track how each piece performs and double down on the formats and hooks that resonate.
Help shape how the product tells its own story: the demo library, the use-case pages, the launch posts.
Must have
2+ years making product or social content, with a portfolio of short-form video or written work you produced yourself.
A genuine affinity for AI: you use AI tools daily and are curious about what agents can and cannot do.
Comfortable on screen: clean recordings, clear voiceover or captions, native-level plain English.
Self-directed: you can take "find out what this product is good at" and come back with a plan and a first draft.
How you work
Product-minded: you care what the product actually does, not just how the content performs.
Honest by default: real workflows on screen, no staged perfection.
Consistent: you ship on a cadence, and the cadence holds.
Contractor engagement with Magnitudeminds, Inc.: a fixed monthly retainer, remote, on your own schedule
A full Firedesk workspace and early access to everything we ship
