The role

Magnitudeminds, Inc. builds agentic products for small and mid-sized businesses. Firedesk, the AI workforce for service agencies, is the first. This role owns how those products go to market and, above all, how they build pipeline.

As GTM Lead you stand up the outbound engine with tools like Apollo and Clay, run the CRM, and recruit and manage a team of commission-based SDRs. You own the funnel from first touch to activation to paying customer, and the numbers behind every stage.

This is a builder role for someone from a tech sales background who has built and operated a sales funnel before, ideally for an early-stage B2B SaaS product, and who is comfortable owning both the system and the team that runs it.

What you own

Funnel and pipeline

Build and operate the sales funnel end to end, from first touch to paying customer.

Stand up and run the outbound engine with tools such as Apollo and Clay.

Own the CRM: data, stages, automation and reporting.

Own pipeline hygiene, conversion metrics and an honest forecast at every stage.

Team and process

Recruit, onboard and manage a team of commission-based SDRs.

Set targets, compensation, scripts and outreach cadences.

Document a repeatable, teachable playbook as the motion proves out.

Go-to-market

Own positioning, messaging and target segments for each product.

Run experiments across outbound, content and lifecycle to find what compounds.

Feed market signal back into pricing, packaging and the product roadmap.

Who we are looking for

Must have

5+ years in tech sales or SaaS go-to-market, with a track record of building pipeline.

Hands-on experience building and operating a sales funnel for an early-stage SaaS product.

Experience with outbound tooling such as Apollo and Clay, and administering a CRM.

Experience building and managing an SDR team, ideally commission-based.
