The role

Firedesk is the first product of Magnitudeminds, Inc.: an AI workforce for service agencies without a tech team, at a flat $449 a month. The positioning is decided, the voice guide is written, and a 16-variant ad set already exists, produced by our own AI agents. What we need now is the operator who turns that raw material into demos.

You own the demand side of the funnel end to end: paid social against our agency ICP across English-speaking markets, the landing pages and offers behind each CTA, and the lifecycle email that nurtures signups into booked demos. You run it like a portfolio, hypothesis, spend, read, reallocate, and you are accountable for qualified demo volume and cost per demo, not impressions.

On the product-marketing side you are the keeper of the message: every ad, page and email stays inside the Firedesk voice, and what you learn from the market flows back into it. This is a remote contractor engagement with Magnitudeminds, Inc. You can be based anywhere with strong US business-hours overlap.

What you own

Demand generation

Own paid acquisition against the agency ICP: LinkedIn and Meta first, channel experiments after.

Manage the monthly demand-gen budget against qualified-demo and cost-per-demo targets.

Run a weekly experiment cadence: creative variants, audiences, offers.

Brief our AI creative pipeline for new ad variants instead of waiting on a design team.

Conversion and lifecycle

Own the landing pages behind each CTA and their conversion rates.

Build the email nurture from signup to booked demo.

Instrument the funnel so every dollar traces to demos and closed revenue.

Product marketing

Guard and evolve the Firedesk messaging hierarchy and voice across every surface.

Translate product releases into customer-facing narratives and campaigns.

Run win/loss interviews and feed what agencies actually say back into positioning.

Who we are looking for

Must have

3+ years in growth or demand-gen marketing for B2B SaaS, with at least one early-stage product.

Hands-on paid social experience with budgets you personally managed to a CPA target.

Landing page and lifecycle experience: you have built funnels, not just briefed them.

Sharp, native-level marketing copy in English; reliable US business-hours overlap.

Full-stack independence: hypothesis to live campaign without a supporting team.

Familiar with AI: you use AI tools daily and want to direct an AI creative pipeline rather than produce everything by hand.
